Our cellar

The presence of so many “denominazione d’origine controllata” (D.O.C.) wines is proof of the variety of this land, traversed by many cultures, influences and dominations which together have given the Marche its plural name.

The pleasant and sunny hills of the Marche, that continue north to south from the Metauro to the Tronto rivers, all in a row and sloping towards the Adriatic sea which laps up against them with its crisp salty air. They are the ideal habitat which, for centuries, has favoured the selection of special qualities of grape.

The present-day sees the Marche in 10th place among wine-producing regions: for some time in fact, we carry on avant-garde wine growing and the art of wine-making. There are 13 excellent qualities of vine, some of which are indigenous to the region, well-treated and selected.

We select various labels on a yearly basis, often niche products, of

• Verdicchio dei Castelli of Jesi and Matelica
• Macerata Hills white
• Passerina and Pecorino
• Lacrima of Morro d'Alba
• Rosso Piceno
• Rosso Conero

Other than wines that are recognised on the national and international stage, we would like to propose other splendid products, probably less well-known, that are the fruit of masterly craft produce, like:

• Vino cotto from Loro Piceno
• Bitter cherry red wine
• Raisen Verdicchio wine
• Vernaccia Serrapetrona
