All three siblings are united in their quest to serve good food to jointly run the ancient Osteria, which over time has evolved from serving wine and providing basic hospitality into a fully-fledged restaurant.
Bound by a close-knit relationship, their unwavering and growing commitment on several fronts, not to mention attention to ingredients, are the pillars of a management with a varied yet loyal clientele, particularly focused on the value of food.
Creative mind and lifeblood of the business, she is particularly fond of typical local cuisine and adds childhood memories to all her dishes, with dedication, competence and flavour. President of the “Antonio Nebbia” Provincial association of chefs for over a decade now, she is also a member of F.I.C., the Federation of Italian Chefs.
Second chef, wine connoisseur and indispensable do-it-all, he takes charge of purchasing and logistics at extra services and is the vital link in the chain with the family-run farm "La fattoria di Paolo", where he is involved in both farming and hospitality.
Sommelier and maître d’hôtel, she oversees public and staff relations. A degree in Political Science from the University of Macerata, followed by another in Management and the formation of Tourist systems. Thanks to her travels all around the world, numerous interests and tireless inquisitiveness, she brings the gastronomic identity of the local area to the table.
